Yes, ART SNOB offers a Quality Guarantee on their products. While we don't provide a traditional "warranty" like a long-term guarantee against wear and tear, our policy is designed to ensure you receive a high-quality product that meets our standards.

Here's a breakdown of our guarantee and what it covers:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to an issue with production or shipping, ART SNOB will cover the costs of a new replacement order. This includes damages to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity, or a lack of product quality.

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report any quality concerns within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Process: To report a problem, you must contact ART SNOB's customer support and provide a clear photo of the product along with a description of the issue. This helps our quality assurance team validate the claim.

  • Returns: Because products are personalised and made to order, ART SNOB generally does not support returns. Our focus is on correcting problems by providing a replacement or refund rather than accepting returns of the physical product.

  • Delivery Guarantee: ART SNOB also has a Fast Delivery Guarantee for eligible products and regions. If an order is delayed by more than 5 business days, we offer a partial refund, and if it's delayed by more than 10 business days, a full refund may be provided.
